Our legs have seen better days. Not just some animals that go into hibernation during winters but we humans go too. Legs that are covered for months can look dry, dull, and lifeless. It is not just hair removal and tanning that are required to keep those legs ready but a proper routine involving exfoliation using a good body scrub, moisturizing, and much more.
Step 1: Exfoliate
Dead skin can make our legs look dull. Firstly we need to buff away any dead skin. It will create a smooth surface, improve blood circulation and get rid of any dullness. I am currently enjoying a couple of body scrubs from Organic Shop which are inexpensive and get rid of dead skin cells leaving my legs soft and supple.
Step 2: Moisturize
After you have exfoliated, it is super important to moisturize the skin in order to make your legs supple and smooth and this needs to be done regularly! Super hydrated legs always look gorgeous. Using a good moisturizer that can sink into the skin without sitting just on top is what you need. Topicrem UH BODY Ultra-Moisturizing Body Milk Deep Moisturizing Body Lotion For Dry and Sensitive Skin is a good one to try this summer for 24-hour nourishment.
Step 3: Hair Removal
Okay, so you do not want bear-legs under your shorts or that sexy little dress. Laser treatments can be pricey and may not be for everyone. Epilating can be painful so shaving is a quick and easy way to remove unwanted hair or just get them waxed at a salon.
Step 4: Tanning
I recommend going for subtle tanning options instead of full-on dark bronze shades. Vita Liberata Beauty Blur Unifying Fluid is a good way to add a bit of subtle color to your legs.
Step 5: Shimmering Oil
Shimmering Oils contain light-reflecting pigments that provide instant radiance and glow to the skin. They’re great for gently highlighting selected parts of the body. Makeup Revolution Glow Shimmer Shimmering Dry Oil for Face and Body will give your legs a healthy look full of vitality.
And Voila! You’ll have your legs summer-ready with just these simple steps.
Until next time, Ashh xo
