Vincent Longo Cosmetics was founded in 1995 by celebrity makeup artist Vincent Longo. Esteemed for the luxurious, high-performance formulas and trend-led colour palettes, the brand revolutionized the glamorous and iconic supermodel era with style, technique and artistry.
Since its launch the brand has been recognized for its creativity and inventiveness with editorial and runway makeup. With the innovative crème-to- powder textures, and intuitive “Microwater” technology, the brand’s multi award-winning products have earned pro status amongst beauty editors, models, actors and makeup artists.
Inspired by fashion, and driven by innovation, this brand has created breakthrough formulations unrivaled to this day. Vincent Longo Cosmetics celebrates the individual qualities that make each woman authentic.
When you look at this eyeshadow, I am sure you’ll be wowed! This is something I haven’t seen before. A beautiful art mix of multiple gorgeous shades in one pan! Vincent Longo describes this as a sophisticated, multi-textured eye shadow delivers shades of matte and shimmer that effortlessly blend and shift as you apply.
You buy Quads for creating a smokey eye and here its just a single pan with multiple shades that blend together to make a perfect sultry smokey eye. You save space as well as hassle to keep multiple products in your bag.
Etherea has an amazing selection of khaki, gold, bronze, copper and tiny bit of blue. These look gorgeous together and create a sophisticated smokey eye look.
These eyeshadow patterns are unique for each pan and that the beauty of pearl x eyeshadows. I now want all the shades from this range. Highly recommend checking these out!
This eyeliner is formulated with gel technology that makes it whipped, weightless and creamy. It is very intense in terms of pigmentation and is budge-proof. It lasts all day without smudging even a little. This eyeliner doubles as eyeshadow but you need to work really quickly as these set within a minute. Once set, it can feel slightly hard like a paint but honestly you will not find anything as long lasting as this. Make sure you don’t put this on your lashes or it will become stiff as the liner dries (lol i did on couple of my lashes accidentally). The pot is tiny but you need very little so this will last you quite a long time.
The shade Golden orbit is rich true gold shade and looks beautiful on all skintones. This is very festive liner and amps up the whole look. This definitely has to be in your Christmas wishlist! Its AMAZING (period!).
P.S. You can use this for temporary waterproof tattoos too.. You can imaging how amazing Gold tattoos look specially during the festive period.
Lip and Cheek Gel stain is the ultimate solution for those who like their make up multi-purpose and low-maintenance. Vincent Longo’s versatile tint grants a sheer long-wear stain for just-bitten lips or a fresh, dewy flush. Easy to blend and buildable, these stains are available in 3 shades – ‘Baby Boo’ (rose pink), ‘My Sunshine’ (dusty coral) and ‘Liquid Kiss’ (a sexy, soft red).
Liquid Kiss applies as a see through sexy red tint on swatch while it applies almost as deep red on my pigmented lips. I am not a lip tint person mainly because of hyperpigmentation and dual toned lips but this offering from Vincent Longo left me to surprise. The shade is amazing and hides the problem area making it look sexy. As this gel stain doubles up as cheek tint, I prefer carrying it for topups during the day even though its longevity is good.
This foundation has amazing creme to powder formulation that is very unique because it is enriched with their signature ‘Microwater’ (an intuitive complex, brimming with seaweed extracts to seek out dehydrated patches and restore precious moisture), which provides continuous hydration and ensures a flawless finish.
This has very light to buildable medium coverage that looks natural and has no risk of product settling, caking or migrating. This is not greasy by any means and is ideal for oily skin tones who want to have even skintone but doesnot want heavy layers of foundation. This is ultra light weight and you won’t feel you’re wearing a foundation. The range of shades adapts to variety of skintones.
The shade Warm Beige works perfect for my skin tone. This is slightly more yellow and a bit olive for me but when its on the skin, it blends beautifully. This is oil, fragrance and Paraben-free product. Due to the formulation of this product, the lid should be kept tightly closed when not in use to avoid evaporation of this foundation. However, due to its very light though buildable coverage, you’ll like it only if you prefer no makeup makeup look. If you need coverage, you can skin this.
The most natural-looking flush you’ll find, Vincent Longo’s stunning Water Canvas Blush is rich in the brand’s ‘Microwater’, which identifies dry patches to hydrate and soothe while the crème-to-powder formula grants a beautiful, velvety-textured ‘pop’ of pigment. The secret to ‘lit from within’, pinched-your-cheeks prettiness.
Water Canvas Blush is infused with 75% ‘Microwater’, resulting in a moisturising and refreshing formula that works intuitively to target dehydrated, flaky patches and thirsty cells with precious water.
Swan Lake is a beautiful cool toned pale pink blush that is very pigmented and looks amazing on skintone. The lasting power is pretty good and it does not cling to any dry patches. The blush is weightless and easy to blend, applies and diffuses seamlessly for the most realistic finish that creates a fresh, youthful ‘bloom’. Highly recommend checking their blushes.
Achieve an ethereal, ‘candlelit’ finish with Vincent Longo’s exquisite La Bella Luce highlighting powder (it translates as ‘beautiful light’ in Italian). A thing of beauty – the marbled pan is mesmerising – this also makes it easy to achieve a multi-faceted glow. Just swirl your brush over the powder to pick up the spectrum of illuminating shades, or use a fine-tipped brush to select one colour and accentuate your cupid’s bow or inner corners of each eye.
The simplest way to create the illusion of ‘cut glass’ cheekbones, Vincent Longo’s La Bella Luce Highlighter boasts a kaleidoscope of understated hues for highlighting your most important features. Incredibly finely milled, this powder is so smooth it’s almost creamy – applying and diffusing seamlessly to grant skin a believable, beautiful gleam. Available in two, multi-tonal shades, choose from ‘Flora’ (pearlescent pink), or ‘Patina’ (soft golden bronze), and apply anywhere that the light would most naturally strike – brow bones, bridge of the nose and exposed collar bones.
These highlighters are incredibly beautiful and both Patina and Flora looks amazing on all skintones. The powders are extremely soft (just like Mary lou manizer by The Balm Cosmetics) so you have to be cautious with these specially while travelling. Patina smashed in my bag and honestly my heart is broken. These marble highlighters are stunning and will quickly secure a place in your top favourite glow getters.
